Healthwatch Isle of Wight, the independent voice for people using health and social care services on the Island, wants to find out how well the Pharmacy First service is working for local people.

Whether you've used the service or could have used it but chose not to, your views matter! 💙

📝 What is the survey about?

Healthwatch wants to hear about your experiences, including:

• ✅ What worked well when using Pharmacy First
• ✅ What could have been better
• ✅ If you chose not to use the service, what influenced your decision
• ✅ Whether there are any barriers to accessing the service or information people need to know

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and every response will help build a clearer picture of local people's experiences.
